Emotional intelligence is now recognized as a critical learning and leadership skill. Developing students with emotional awareness affects their performance, well-being, and future success.

Award-winning educator, Genein Letford introduces the concept of emotional granularity, which is the effective labeling, processing, and ‘action-planning’ of emotions.
