Description
This course is designed to be completed by a principal and a teacher concurrently. An assessment will be given to each. Following the assessment, the principal and teacher are encouraged to meet and discuss what was learned in the course.
In this half-hour course, you will learn:
- Strategies for developing and implementing entry and exit routines
- The distinction between rituals and routines and their impact on classroom culture
- Techniques for managing transitions and maintaining student attention
- Methods to empower students with roles and responsibilities within the classroom
- Approaches to integrate routine planning and reflection into daily classroom activities
