How can administrators play a pivotal role in recapturing the 55 hours lost annually to classroom transitions? MPASS Education’s Theresa Morris addresses this in a comprehensive 30-minute session, focusing on the crucial first 10 to 15 minutes of class. This course delves into the importance of establishing routines that foster student independence and classroom efficiency. Theresa guides administrators on how to observe, support, and implement these routines across various grade levels.
This course is designed to be completed by a principal and a teacher concurrently. An assessment will be given to each. Following the assessment, the principal and teacher are encouraged to meet and discuss what was learned in the course.
In this half-hour course, you will learn:
