Love, love, loved this!!! Looking for my Shannon Anderson courses! Love all the ideas and ah-ha moments. The praise thing really spoke to me – how do I praise my students and my own kids? Am I building fixed mindset or growth mindset in them with the words of praise?! Definitely something to think about and work on.

I believe this is a very interesting course. So many adults and educators don’t realize that a class isn’t a one size fits all. Every student has a story behind how they see things, Some may be ready to tackle the problem of how they are feelig, others may be reserved and one may not know what they are feeling, and there are some who feel they don’t know how to start to tackle the problem because they have never been introduced to such a task. You hav to meet the kiddos where they are and make sure they are aware their is someone their in their corner who cares for them, and is here for them if need be.
