I do not do well with online training, I would’ve rather had a day to go see someone talk that would’ve also been a place to network, talk to people, and socialize. I’m sure the training is fine and the content is obviously the same but I am just strongly opposed to online training it doesn’t feel human I’d rather learn things in the real world. Which is interesting because a lot of this training is about engaging kids and online training does the very opposite of that for adults. But hey we save money this way.
