this would be very good for primary educators. But I’m going for secondary education so some of the stuff like the puppets is a bit unneeded for older students as a social studies teacher

I truly enjoyed the course and found myself fully engaged throughout the entire experience. The presenter did an exceptional job of clearly explaining the content and providing valuable insights that were easy to understand and apply. One of the aspects I appreciated most was the way each video was structured – they were concise, yet packed with meaningful information. The fact that the videos were short but well-organized and labeled according to their main points made it easy to follow along and absorb the material. This approach allowed me to stay focused without feeling overwhelmed by lengthy content. Additionally, the variety of examples and strategies shared in the course were not only practical but also highly relevant to real-world teaching scenarios. Overall, the course was well-designed and presented in a way that kept me interested, engaged, and eager to learn more. While the course is quick and short, there are a lot of methods and ideas that can be used during the distance learning to help the teacher and students feel more like an in-person learning experience. It also points out how minor things, such as light and sound, have a major effect on how students perceive the teacher and the content.

Hopefully we are not REQUIRED to use distance learning in the future, but when we do need to use it, this course had some GREAT ideas. So great that it might be even more effective to use some of these techniques even if we are in the classroom, face to face.
