    I have some concerns about the effectiveness of the presentation. It seemed to be more of a distraction for the adults in attendance, which wasn’t aligned with the purpose of the training. The presenter spoke in a monotone voice throughout, at a very slow pace, and frequently used hand gestures, which took away from the content. I believe a short video demonstrating how to model teaching strategies for ELL students would have been more engaging and effective.

    I liked that the presenter spoke slowly so that we had time to think about what she said; however, too much information was given. The math-teacher video was much longer than needed. There should be a separate training for preschool teachers.
