I thought this was an interesting video providing important information. I feel school curriculum is also geared to alot of group work and oral presentations and ALL students are expected to do these type of assignments. I feel we can do other activities that would allow in introvert to be comfortable and demonstrate their knowledge without making each activity group work or oral.

This was an eye-opening seminar in that I have never thought about introverts and shyness being two different things, as well as how important it is to allow introverts down time away from the external stimuli of their day. Excellent information!
