I appreciated delving into the thoughts, behaviors, and feelings of perfectionism so I know what to look for in students. The interventions were particularly helpful as well so I will be able to help students recognize these things in themselves and be able to sef-regulate.

Admin need to consider what their expectations do to teachers who are perfectionists. I think it is similar to what some teachers inadvertently do to students.
