    Excellent and engaging. Lisa Van Gemert wove her training with just the right amount of factual and anecdotal evidence to make the session informative AND entertaining. The only reason it did not earn 5 stars was because it was online. I prefer the interaction and discussion that a face-to-face training session provides.
