  29. Beth – EANES ISD (verified owner)

This course is adequate; however, there is a great deal of time spent on the presenter’s unique experiences and her opinions of both administrators and teachers which are presented with a negative bias. It is unfortunate TGAT has chosen this particular presentation to address the 6 hours required of each teacher.

  30. Melissa – SHARYLAND ISD (verified owner)

I learned many things that I did not know before about GT students. This course helped me to understand how I can differentiate for GT students. This course also helped me understand the difference between a High Achieving student and a GT student.

  33. Amelia – BEAUMONT ISD (verified owner)

I like that Dr. J. is so fabulous with her years of knowledge and expertise to share. It is difficult because she really has very strong, black and white opinions on things related to gifted education.

  34. Reynaldo – Aldine ISD (verified owner)

Learned a lot of good information about gifted students.

  35. Brenda – UNITED ISD (verified owner)

Well, I believe that this training is a bit ironic. Something that I was thinking about was how is this training helpful for teachers who are also gifted when the questions asked throughout the modules are obvious and make direct references to the modules. I would think that reflective questions that require teachers to make connections would be much more beneficial.

  36. Veronica – UNITED ISD (verified owner)

    very informative

This was really helpful. I felt so understood. No one ever tested me as gifted, but everything she said, was describing my experience.
