In this 3-hour course, learn the answers to these questions, and empower your underrepresented students to use the three ABCs of self-regulation:
- Affect (drive, motivation, directing attention)
- Behavior (actions, communication styles and skills)
- Cognition (metaphysical, infracognitive and metacongitive thinking skills)
