When a gifted human brain begins firing on all cylinders from a very young age, the social and emotional needs of that child will be different from those of other students. When you understand how G/T students are different, you will begin to develop their strengths, and not just manage their gifted behaviors.
In this 6-hour course, you will learn:
- The relationship between the intellectual and emotional traits of G/T individuals
- How to use bibliotherapy and cinema therapy in your classroom
- How to understand and navigate intensities and overexcitabilities
