I believe this course was helpful in a perfect scenario. I think most teachers have some difficult students. I would have liked to have seen a scenario on what to do if they are being difficult on a day when a teacher is being evaluated.

Everything was going great until I answered two of the questions, but my responses were not posted in the following page with the rest of the comments – I knew something was wrong! And I suspected, the completion of the module said Incomplete with no check mark in those two questions. Needless to say, I had to rewrite everything again…
