This was not a good use of time. I would much rather have put the time for the benefit of my students. It does not take 3 hours to read a rubric. If I was unable to understand and apply a rubric, I would not have been successful in my teacher preparation program. If I have to take a training, I would prefer the trainers had an education background and developed well written questions.
