I do like this training and the fact that I could do it at home but I would change 2 things from it. I would rather have a video that pauses during the observation and quickly gives us comments about what the appraiser was noticing. I also would change the part where they gave 3 5 minute questions in a row. Something happening on my first question and I could not complete the 1st question at all.

I think it is pretty good, but in my opinion the video example we watched is just not accurate anymore for typical classroom behavior. Students just don’t act like that anymore so its hard to watch an example like that where everything is going perfect when in reality its hard to keep these kids attention for just 10 mins straight without interruptions every 2 seconds.
