It was very much what I expected when I signed up. Some of the modules are too lengthy and slow paced and others appear too fast until one realizes that they are for illustration purposes only (analysis of rubrics). Also, some of the questions are not clear. Again, analysis of the rubric instructs to analyze and then post “thoughts.” The proper analysis alone takes more than the 5 minutes given. Most of the reflective questions are a good mental exercise for teachers to help them get started on the new school year.

I really liked watching the lesson and getting to use the rubric to rate the teacher. I think something that would’ve been nice to add to this video would’ve been an example of a post-conference with the teacher.
