This training was very explicit and I wish it had been available years ago when I started being observed using this system. The only negative was that I was unable to access the link to the video of the lesson. For some reason, I was blocked from viewing it. I tried exiting out and reloading the course and although I was able to return to other previous lessons, even the reflection question itself, I was not able to click on the video again.
