This course cleared up some confusions to me. I think that this training is very beneficial, especially for new teachers entering the field. It is beneficial for any teacher though, rookie or veteran.
Also, for the first question below, I do think this type of training should be implemented to hone the teachers ability to assess growth in themselves but also in students. However, it is incredibly busy around there so it may be better as one of those trainings we do online or during the off time.

I think the course was well done, but the 45 minute video of the lesson was a bit much. Maybe show small clips from the lesson at time and go through the evaluation process for each clip?

I can say that the module was great, the only thing I didn’t like was when they time us to complete one of the questions. I was having really bad internet service so it did take me more than 3 hrs. stated because I would constantly have to refresh and refresh.
