    I am a visual and hands on learner so I feel like I would have benefited more from 3 short examples of the same lesson in 15 minute blocks, but done by 3 different people in examples of what looks like distinguished, proficient, and needs improvement. I think being able to see what these styles might looks like in a classroom would be more helpful than only seeing one example and other educators interpretations of what they think the rating should be. I also couldn’t ever find the resource links to download any of the handouts that were asking to be downloaded.
