Content is fair. Doesn’t ever say how to write your goals nor what are some examples you might want to focus on. Many 1st year teachers and teachers whose previous schools skipped this training need to understand more about what types of things teachers are evaluated on, not just what level their proficiency is.

The course itself was relatively clear, however the modules were not user friendly. Having the user open multiple tabs at a time and hit refresh every time you completed a module could have been made easier. The module over the rubric was also a bit unclear, as the instructions for how to break down the dimensions was very fast and confusing.
