While this training was thorough, it is still too extensive. Whether it is governmental, industrial, educational, retail experience, or otherwise a review process is a norm in any professional field. It is commonplace to understand what a review process is. This is an in-depth training for a new hire training vs. a yearly training for people that have been in any workforce. How can these modules be condensed in 15 min vs. 3-6 hours?
Keep this training for new hire training. Meaning a person that has never been in the workforce or a person that has never been through this training in an educational environment. But, for people that have been through a review process should experience something shorter or a reminder of the expectations for both the person being appraised or the appraiser.
