Surprisingly, I really enjoyed this course! It was very enlightening as to what makes a teacher categorized accordingly. It relaxed me to know I will be allowed to grow into my position trying new methods out for a diverse classroom. I see where it could also be implemented into any learning situation from parenting to running one’s own business in dealing with employees. I found that it operates on the spiritual principle of grace and growth. It was presented in a way where it was well received and gave me an eagerness to do my job and to be a better teacher through the process of appraisal and self-appraisal guided by a very specific, clearly explained process.
