Goal setting paperwork is often located on a district website and guided by an assistant/vice principal. Much of the video content used by our district is incredibly long in duration. A great deal of editing is necessary. Keep it simple as the adage goes. Below, yes, provide the training, but be a bit more discriminating in your outsourcing of training for your employees, please.

I thought it was a good course, but I don’t feel that I got out of it what I needed. There wasn’t a whole lot of teaching involved, and I am better with in person training (like many of our students).
