It was great
Rodolfo – LOS FRESNOS CISD (verified owner) –
Although it is my first time in getting familiarized with the T-TESS evaluation process, I feel that what I must do in the classroom is to align with content goals and objectives and be able to make sure that I keep track of my students’ progress. In addition, I must be able to make sure to cover or reach the required rubric sections to be proficient and above in the appraisal and evaluation process. In addition, I must be able to cooperate and be open to any type of feedback my appraiser gives me.
Bryan – SAN BENITO CISD (verified owner) –

Isaura – SAN BENITO CISD (verified owner) –
I think this course is a great outline for expectations for goal setting. This gives new teachers the opportunity to communicate throughout the year with administrators on what they want to see when they enter the classroom for observation. It is a great tool for preparation.
Laura – LOS FRESNOS CISD (verified owner) –
I think that they explain very well how T-TESS is and how it works.
Darby – BASTROP ISD (verified owner) –
The video of the actual lesson was very useful. I would have preferred it broken up into parts so the evaluation could be discussed as the video progressed.
Robin – DENTON ISD (verified owner) –
Many of the videos were rushed, and I was a little unclear what I was supposed to be responding to specifically. Also, it took me a while to find the Resources button so I could actually pull up what I needed to be looking at for my response.

This was very informative and specific with looking at the domains and the rubric and how it applies to the lesson. I would have liked to work in a group with special education teachers to discuss the application to a resource room.
Khara – EAGLE MT-SAGINAW ISD (verified owner) –
It is a great course for beginning teachers, but I have done this training for so many years that there is no need for me to keep spending 3 hours watching the same old stuff over and over, interrupting my weekend and taking time from my family and my personal life. Districts should be required to provide teachers with PD time during the work week to complete all the video courses they want us to take instead of piling more and more on us and expecting us to be ready to teach on a Monday, the first week of school.
Katherine – AZLE ISD (verified owner) –
It’s very informatiive, easy to follow and quick.

Samantha – EDCOUCH-ELSA ISD (verified owner) –
It’s great! I do think that a better way of discussing observations is needed for this was a breakdown course but I feel more input about this and the SLO’s would help teachers fully understand this concept of lowing and growing for the student.
