I totally understood the reason behind watching the lesson and becoming a TTESS administrator, but I found that section quite long and overwhelming. I also wish I had been told what that teacher received, from her actual administrator, and be given the why to see if it matched what I thought.

As with most trainings, there is no differentiation. As a teacher with 26 years of experience and 26 years of evaluations, I am familiar with the process as compared with a new teacher. Just because I am new to the state of Texas, does not mean I am new to the evaluation process. Most of this was redundant information for me.

Also, I think it would be interesting to rate the other responses and show them in a scale from good to lame so that I don’t have to wade through poorly written or superficial responses to find well thought out responses from others.
