It was informative on a few points about how to better improve the teacher-student interaction. I do think the 46 minute video of the 4th grade ELR teacher was only applicable to young students and not older students (17 year olds). I don’t think that was a good representation of what most of us do and experience in the classroom.

I think it is a great course. I liked that it was broken down into modules and did not feel overwhelming. At the beginning the first timed question I had was not clearly understood and I was not able to complete the first question. I also would like to see the actual process of the pre- and post observation. Other than those things training was great.
