I thought this course was alright. I was dreading it for the longest time, but it went by quickly and the structure of the entire thing made it easily digestible. The information was relevant to me and gave me some better understanding of the evaluation process. I would like to see more teacher examples of a lesson and also an administrator having a conference with the teacher in regards to their performance. I feel like I can evaluate in what I feel is an ideal performance, but I would like more perspective and feedback from an administrator in this process.
