I understand that it’s hard to do so when one starts a new teaching job after the school year has started, but I would much prefer to have an in-person T-TESS Teacher Orientation. That way you can work with other new teachers, bounce ideas off of each other, and compare and contrast your classroom and campus experiences with each other.
