Terrible! The worst training I’ve ever taken. I had to re-do modules 3-4 times because it kept saying I didn’t complete the module in its entirety when I did. Would NOT recommend. I would give it zero stars for the amount of frustration I endured if it were possible.

I thought the course was digestible and really informative. However, the online platform was hard to work with at times – I forgot to hit the “Submit” button instead of “Next” frequently and had to retype several answers, I wasn’t aware at the first timed question that once the timer runs out you can no longer provide an answer, and the videos weren’t always synched together.

This course was simple, concise, and straight to the point on Manor ISD’s appraisal system. DO NOT CLICK TO CLOSE THE WINDOWS BROWSER UNTIL THE VERY END OF THE ACTUAL VIDEO! It will not capture your work. I had to go back and re-do some modules. WAIT until the entire module runs completely!

However, once completing each module I would refresh my page and it would notify me that I had incomplete modules even though I completely filled them out and watched every video to its entirety. I had to go back three times to each module and review each video to show that I had watched the videos even though I already had. I wish that this problem can be fixed because it leaves a bad impression to a great training that should have been near perfect.

It was much better than sitting through the information, having people get off-task, interrupting because they didn’t understand, not understanding because they were off-task, dry lectures, little movement or breaks, and the ability to review what was going on was helpful.
