Some parts went on a little long and less engaging, The 40 minute classroom observation seemed a little long and could be cut down to still provide the same evaluation practice.

It is actually a good explanation of the T-Tess. I feel like most training can be boring but I actually got a lot out of this one. The video with Ms. Hill’s observation of her lesson was entertaining. She seems like a wonderful teacher!
