If I did not have any understanding of the evaluation system and was fresh out of college and new to the world of education, this would have been somewhat useful. However, I found this training to be time wasting as I can easily read a rubric myself and quickly identify what is expected of me. I did not find it helpful and found the shapes at the end to be very elementary and a bit patronizing. I can see how this course would be beneficial, but for teachers with prior teaching experience, it was not necessary. I do appreciate the electronic format as opposed to a in person training.

I feel that this course does a good job of covering the domains broadly. But I feel that before we complete a task such as evaluate another teachers work we should be given an example of how another teacher was evaluated in a separate video and why. This would give teachers such as myself a chance to understand the dimensions separately that we evaluated the teacher on in her video so we could evaluate accurately.
