I thought this course was great; the ONLY thing I would change is the “submit” button on the required feedback. After entering several sentences worth of feedback, I would often forget to hit “submit” because you have to scroll down to get to the button. When I went back to hit submit so I would get credit for my response, what I typed was gone. It was super frustrating to try and retype what I had shared immediately watching the previous section.

The information was very well delivered and pretty much all content was explained very well. The different application activities forced me to immediately make use of the information learned and therefore helped me to better comprehend the material in this training! The only thing I would improve would be to not allow the user to move forward if their ‘reflective question’ has not been saved, rather than letting you get through the entire module and then find out you had a 0% completion, other than that everything else was great.
