Very helpful. Helps you understand the process and explains each part and what is expected of the teacher. You also get to rate someone else doing a lesson so you can actually see/feel the evaluation from the appraisers perspective. The video also shows you in detail how to use the rubric. As you watch the video, the links that you need for the rubrics and evaluation sheet is embedded so you can access immediately without having to go to a different site to find it. Also gives you a list of possible questions your appraiser might ask you during your conference that you can save or print.
