I thought this course was very informational and did a good job of introducing me to the T-TESS process. I do think it was quite lengthy however. With all of the other trainings and tasks teachers have to accomplish, my only suggestion would be to shorten it a bit where possible. Additionally, the piece of this training I found the most valuable was getting to observe the 4th grade ELA teacher’s lesson and comparing it to the T-TESS rubric. It is always beneficial to see other teachers (especially those who are proficient/accomplished/distinguished) in action!
