This course was very well thought out and it taught me a couple of pointers about the T-TESS. Now that I have had this course, I am less mortified of being assessed during my T-TESS. While I do not like the fact that this assessment needs an administrator to watch you for 45 minutes and critique you after, I do feel that if the administrator is genuine about assisting in your growth and development as an educator that this assessment is not going to be tough at all. No one likes to hear negative aspects about their teaching weaknesses; especially when it is a style that they customized over time and it has a proven record of success within a classroom. The only aspect about this course I did not like, was the teaching clip which was 45 minutes long; that teacher’s class was an ideal classroom. I do not believe I saw any students who were ELL, Gifted or disabled within that class.
