The majority of the content was great to understand the TTESS process, but the observation video was too long!! It was a full 46 minute ELAR lesson and served little purpose in understanding the TTESS process as a teacher. Then it just asked my rating? I am not the appraiser. I have lesson plans to write, assessments to create and papers to grade.
