Faith – SPLENDORA ISD (verified owner) –
They touch on a few topics that are introduced in the orientation lesson, but aren’t fleshed out and leave some questions. For example, they introduce SMART goals, but only in passing and do not go in depth into this topic. Otherwise, this course has allowed me to critically evaluate the T-TESS rubric and given me an additional avenue to compare my lesson plans to, ensuring that I can see progress and growth in my teaching abilities and in my students growth.

Cora – DENTON ISD (verified owner) –
It was mostly helpful. There was a section that asked us to analyze the rubric and to provide a summary/thoughts. The way it was worded, it said “Take the next five minutes to analyze the dimension…. THEN summarize your thoughts in the field below.” That wording made it seem that we had 5 minutes to do the analyzing and then would have additional time to type the summary and thoughts, when in fact, it was 5 minutes for all of that. It was misleading and caused my first reflection to be shorter than intended.
