This was a different way to talk about evaluations. I have been teaching in public schools for 10 years and was never really explained why or how the evaluation process woks. I was always “you’re being evaluated, I need a copy of your lesson plans for the lesson you will be teaching” If they didn’t like something, they pointed it out, but there was really no praise.
