I liked how this course broke down the T-TESS training into manageable chunks, including how to build up lessons, how lessons would be evaluated and what would be sought after and rated, and what to do following an observation. Additionally I liked the practice opportunity. I didn’t like how some areas were cut short such as responding on the evaluation criteria or how SLO’s were only briefly touched upon instead of more thoroughly explored as a developmental and teaching tool.
