I was so impressed with the sample video of Mrs. Hill’s class. What I learned from that scripting experience (as I took meticulous notes behaving as if I was the administrator) was immeasurable. The drawback to this training was how long it took me to complete with no added benefit for me being more thoughtful or thorough with my reflection pieces than others. In the end, I spent 4.5-hours completing this training. If I was just shy of the original 3-hours as predicted, I could have felt comfortable awarding the 5th star.
