I think it’s more like a refresher but for someone new in the field, it doesn’t help much with the fear of a final rating. How do we actually prepare? We may think we’ve got things in control but a final negative rating would be very discouraging…

It is a very clear training. It very hands on in some ways. Although, the course timing is not truly three hours, especially if you are trying to be very thorough, so keep that in mind and block out a full work day to dedicate to this training.
