I really appreciate this training. It helped me view this process differently and I better understand what I need to strive for in the process. This training was long. I wish that I was given this lesson before school started since the beginning of school is very hectic for new teachers or new to profession teachers. I am literally doing this on the weekend and working on the weekend to catch up with work all that is on my plate.
