It was a great and easy course once I got access to a computer with audio. At first, I was having to use a teacher computer with broken audio so I had to rely on the transcript. This was not well-designed and it was very tiny. Otherwise, this was a fantastic and informative course. Not too painful.

There should be a demonstration of how to implement an effective action plan with glows and affirmation instead of what feels like negative feedback although it is intended for constructive feedback/
