Education is not just about the destination, it’s about every small learning moment along the way. In the same way, T-TESS is not an event, but rather a process that assists educators in all areas of teaching. The T-TESS cycle is designed to help teachers continuously improve.
This course will refresh educators on the T-TESS observations, triangle, and rubric. Responsive Learning carefully presents and explains all of the components of T-TESS and how educators can prepare for them. Through guided questions, educators will have the chance to reflect on their personal instructional practices. After completing this course, educators will be ready to confidently meet their T-TESS goals.

The videos were informative and concise, and the Resources were useful throughout.
I understand the purpose behind the more reflective short answer questions, but it is easier to embellish our answers to these questions, even if other colleagues and our own administrators can see them.
So unless they are more interactive with either the trainer or with each other as “students,” I don’t see their utility outside of them being proof we were simply paying attention to the videos and the questions asked.
