Education is not just about the destination, it’s about every small learning moment along the way. In the same way, T-TESS is not an event, but rather a process that assists educators in all areas of teaching. The T-TESS cycle is designed to help teachers continuously improve.
This course will refresh educators on the T-TESS observations, triangle, and rubric. Responsive Learning carefully presents and explains all of the components of T-TESS and how educators can prepare for them. Through guided questions, educators will have the chance to reflect on their personal instructional practices. After completing this course, educators will be ready to confidently meet their T-TESS goals.

- How to re-evaluate T-TESS goals

The teacher appraisal system is very time consuming for teachers. Quality teachers are tasked with this extra process; then unlike other professions…if a teacher does well, doesn’t equate to a raise. There is a huge disparity between pay and teacher performance.

Course is confusing in regards to what action are necessary to complete. Retaking the quiz is complicated as there is no button to retake. Participants must re-enter course, navigate to quiz and then refresh on the slide containing the first question but this is not explained.
Questions are submitted during the course but they do not transfer to “Reflective Questions” that are located outside the course presentation. The answers are also not saved in the course presentation, so answers submitted during the presentation cannot be reviewed.
