Education is not just about the destination, it’s about every small learning moment along the way. In the same way, T-TESS is not an event, but rather a process that assists educators in all areas of teaching. The T-TESS cycle is designed to help teachers continuously improve.
This course will refresh educators on the T-TESS observations, triangle, and rubric. Responsive Learning carefully presents and explains all of the components of T-TESS and how educators can prepare for them. Through guided questions, educators will have the chance to reflect on their personal instructional practices. After completing this course, educators will be ready to confidently meet their T-TESS goals.

I liked the course layout–visual models, few words per slide, the speaker was easy to understand, the information was concise. I would like the ability to print a handout associated with the course–maybe a transcript of printable slides of the presentation, the crosswalk, T-TESS domains. I could not easily find “Resources” to locate the crosswalk. I wish my previous districts used this training platform.
