In this course, you’ll gain a wider understanding of the best practices for maximizing student achievement and retention of the valuable Depth and Complexity Framework learning tools. You’ll also learn about and combine the remaining components of the framework, including:
- Disciplinarian Thinking
- Universal Concepts
- Generalizations
Educator Kim Tredick will help teachers understand these components using both Depth and Complexity and Content Imperative. You’ll also get examples of prompts to help you facilitate an exciting, student-centered classroom geared towards interdisciplinary learning experiences and instruction.

I could not figure out how to tie question number one back to the learning. It’s out of order (for one)–and not all the language matched the presentation. When going back to review the quiz, I didn’t have the option to see what the answer is. I still don’t understand what I did wrong.
