Description
In this lesson, Dr. Colleen Boyle will help you establish successful mentorships for your gifted learners. You will:
- Explore various types of mentorship that can be established with gifted learners.
- Learn how to match gifted learners to a specific type of mentorship based on their individual needs, and discover how to establish a framework to guide the mentor-mentee relationship.
- Develop a concrete idea of how you can use mentorships to support your gifted learners, regardless of their grade.
This course meets Ohio Department of Education Competencies (b), (c), and (d) and NAGC Teacher Preparation Standards 3.2, 3.4, 5.3, and 5.4.
