In this 1-hour course, Lisa Van Gemert breaks down the four most common mental health issues that impact students. An advocate for gifted students, Ms. Van Gemert describes strategies for educators to support and equip gifted students who are struggling to cope in the classroom and out of it.

There is a lot of information to digest and interpret from this demonstration. I would suggest taking notes but she has a lot of good information and very much against medicating kids for the sake of medicating them.

Course was good and VERY detailed. The quiz was not exactly correct. One question asked about the 3 neurotransmitters that were implicated in depression. I wrote them down and looked them up on a reputable medical site and my answer was correct but marked wrong.
