  20. Lee – MIDLAND ISD (verified owner)

I am a teacher, not a counselor or administrator, and formally a retired college professor, that accidently enrolled in for this session, but this presentation, for me, summarized, and wrapped up, the entire 30 hour seminar that I was required to take to be able to teach GT students. The presentation was a great overview/wrap-up of what GT teachers need should have learned from the other presentations in this series about the opportunity we have to impact the lives of great GT kids.

4…I really loved it, there were a few opinions of the presenter that I did not agree with, but there were many things she spoke of with data to back it up and do respect her.

  39. Sara – BELTON ISD (verified owner)

Good resources, sound information, felt a bit dated, too long

    Awesome

  41. Oscar – NEW BRAUNFELS ISD (verified owner)

The course offers an in-depth look at the guidelines surrounding the Gifted and Talented Program. However, it is a bit lengthy, and the accompanying resources do not accurately reflect what was present. This makes it difficult to go back and review.

This course is a great course. A lot of key information on supporting and working with our GT students.

  48. Evelyn – UNITED ISD (verified owner)

very interesting yet reality is this is hard to actually do in a school. With schools ran by budgets, hiring the correct teachers for these students to have their own setting is not realistic per say

This course was packed with much needed information and some refreshers.

  50. Laura – CARDINAL LOCAL (verified owner)

This was a great overview about the importance of gifted education.
